Job Summary:

The Tebis Operator within Roush will be responsible for operating and programming Tebis within the Creative Services Studio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Have strong skills with working with a creative design environment 10%

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and renderings 10%

• Develop surface models from supplied data from outside sources 20%

• Understand the fundamentals of composite tooling 20%

• Create toolpaths and tool design 40%

Education and Experience (required):

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in CNC programs and operations

• Must possess engineering or Design Studio experience

• Experience with clay modeling

• Have prototype build experience

Education and Experience (preferred):

• 10 years minimum programming on Tebis or applicable software

• GD&T proficiency

• Prototype build experience

• CAD surfacing

• STL file manipulation

Skills and Abilities (required):

• Ability to use Tebis CAD software proficiently.

• Knowledge of composite tooling fundamentals.

• Strong creative design environment skills.
