Software Engineer Practitioner

Job Description

  • Deployment and Support Specialist to lead/participate in the deployment and support of our globalized suite of software
  • This team has responsibility for ensuring the readiness of more than 160+ global deployments and hundreds of application changes each year
  • You will be trained in our process and given the tools to be successful
  • Understanding / documenting the deployment process
  • Working with PDO and Plant IT teams to continually improve deployment and test plans globally
  • Working with global teams to document issues / concerns related to development and deployment activities

Skills Required

  • MS SQL Windows Server administrative experience MS Tools, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint.

Skills Preferred

  • All Software Engineers are required to take HackerRank Coding Assessment
  • Access with a 60% score or 180+ out of a potential 300 points

Experience Preferred

  • 4 year degree (Not required) Microsoft database management Cert (Not required)
  • Any programming experience (Not required)
  • Motivated and self-starter Works well in a diverse global team environment
  • Overtime may be required and the ability to work a nonstandard schedule

Education Required

  • B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field
