Medical Billing Analyst


  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with riders, nursing facilities, and medical systems through calls and onsite visits
  • Gather feedback from riders, facility staff, and medical offices to ensure high quality of service
  • Identify and resolve any conflicts reporting back to internal team and impacted customers
  • Support creations of marketing materials

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office
  • Have reliable transportation to client visit sites

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior experience working with older adults and people living with disability
  • Prior experience in social work
