Customer Experience (UI/UX) Project Manager

*remote position - metro Detroit location preferred but must be in the eastern time zone

As a Customer Experience Studio Project Manager, you are part of a Customer Experience team that creates experiences that touch millions of users across our digital platforms and multiple vehicle brands. Your ability to manage others and multiple initiatives simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment with changing priorities and schedules will be crucial to our team’s success and our customers satisfaction.

CX Project Managers lead and facilitate the planning, execution, and transition of various CX design projects and programs. Your day-to-day Program Management and process guidance skills will ensure that Customer Experience design activities and internal programs meet project scope, schedule, and quality expectations throughout the entire design life cycle. This role plays a critical factor in our design success by facilitating and managing thoughtfully, maintaining boundaries around scope and schedules, and supporting communication with our expansive ecosystem of stakeholders. You’ll be asked to assess risks and seek opportunities in partnership with our design leads and program management teams to deliver world class products.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Describe and document program requirements, collaborates in the development of deliverables, and support the ongoing activities of design workstream activities.

• Possess and utilizes widespread agile knowledge and methodologies. Strategically identifies opportunities to create cross-studio optimizations and collaboration.
