Centralization Analyst – SPR – PJH47

Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training. The position will process HR transaction requests from Chrysler facilities around the U.S. and Canada into the PeopleSoft HR system. The analyst is responsible for ensuring each request is complete and is compliant with the organizations SOX guidelines

Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Business or HR related area -Previous experience entering transactions into an HR system. (5 yr minimum) -Prior experience working with PeopleSoft HR transactions. -Working knowledge of SOX principles. -Experience working with an HRIS System required
