Finance Analyst responsible for supporting the Human Resource Talent Management Organization. In this role, the analyst will be the single point of contact for financial controls and management of budget development, forecasting, and business planning for the Talent Organization. Additional responsibilities consist of managing purchase orders, generating purchase requests in Aribia, processing invoices, developing vendor relationship and negotiations strategy, material training purchases, building planning.
System knowledge of Microsoft Office (expert in excel, word and outlook) Strong financial, analytical, and presentation skills with a process improvement mindset Ability to work independently to develop financial business cases and cost analysis Understand financial forecasting and trend analysis; explain techniques and recommend actions. Ensures internal controls processes are followed by enforcing policies and procedures Provide financial reporting by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; forecasting financials; recommending actions to management. Experience in processing Journal Entries, Accruals, and Account Reconciliations. Excellent time management and organizational ability. Ability to work independently and advance multiple assignments concurrently, but also team player with strong work ethic to drive for results Strong sense of awareness to recognize changing priorities and flexibility to react to changes as needed Strong oral and written communication skills to ensure efficient and effective communication with operating managers.
Experience Required:5 years work experience in the field
Experience with SharePoint and Aribia
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business concentrating in Finance
