We were founded by Theresa Ghafari in 1986, in Dearborn, Michigan, growing from a one-woman business into a multi-million dollar staffing company with three locations and more than 600 employees in 15 states.

Our services and areas of staffing specialization have also expanded, moving beyond the engineering and technical support fields to include information technology and finance/accounting.

As we further establish our expertise in the staffing industry's policies and practices, G-TECH's customized co-employment training service has become one of our most popular offerings.
